Returns happen, we understand you may have ordered the wrong size, its just not needed, or it’s not what you were expecting. We understand and will stand behind our 30 day return policy for any reason you are not satisfied 100%. Returns that are outside of our 30-day period will be reviewed and may qualify for store credit. Return shipping is the buyers responsibility unless TruOrigin provided you with a defective product. Please complete our return form completely and provide current information to start your exchange or refund. Our return process is fair, speedy, and simple, which is the only way it should be!

Once we have received your information we will contact you with a return confirmation #. Please mail the product back to us using USPS, FedEx, or UPS and including a tracking # to provide us with. TruOrigin will not be held liable for lost mail without a tracking number. Please mail the product and return confirmation # we provide you to the address below.

Once we have verified the product or products are in route to us we will refund your purchased amount to the original payment method, which takes 2 business days to process. You will then receive an email confirmation with the refunded amount, if you need anything else please contact us.
